PUBLIC NOTICE
The general public is hereby notified that Samuel Onuche a thirty one -year old man who hails from Enugu State has been missing since Saturday, July 19, 2025. He was born on February 6, 1994.
Mr Samuel was last seen at Ibeno Beach in Akwa Ibom State. He is is 5’9″ in height with brown eyes and black hair. Other identifying characteristics is a birthmarks scar at the back of his neck. Mr Samuel Onuche was last seen wearing a blue Chelsea tracksuit, black trousers, and a black shoes
