Titi Oluwadare and Associates TOA, Akwa Ibom state has distanced itself from reports of contract awards to the public by criminals, claiming to be agents of the company.
A press release by Chairman, Directorate of Due Diligence and Appraisals / Head of Legals, TOA, Barr. Uduak Johnstone, reads in part:
”Reports reaching us has it that a bunch of fraud stars are using our company’s name to defraud unsuspecting members of the public, by issuance of contract awards purported to have emanated from our office.
Consequent upon the aforesaid, Titi Oluwadare And Associates,TOA wishes to state categorically and unequivocally clear that we have not awarded any contract whatsoever or mandated anyone to do so on our behalf.
We hereby advise members of the public and the investing world to disregard the criminal activities of these scammers”
